ABSENT MINDED
Ingredients & Method
This cocktail – expertly developed for us by the White Rabbit Cocktail Room is a delicious way to enjoy our brand new Absinthe!
• 30ml Absinthe
• 30ml brewed green tea
• 15ml lemon juice
• 15ml rosemary and thyme syrup
☛ Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and/or an edible flower.
To make the rosemary and thyme syrup, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 5 sprigs of rosemary and 5 sprigs of thyme in a small saucepan.
Bring to boil over medium heat and continue to boil for 5 min. Remove pan from heat and let cool completely
Strain out rosemary and thyme before use and refrigerate to use again.
