• 60ml Old George Reserve Rum (Or TCD Spiced Rum)
• 15ml lime juice
• Ginger beer to top

☛ Think a hot summer’s day that ends in a thunderstorm, this drink is refreshing but has a warming kick to it. Pour rum and lime juice over ice in a rocks or highball glass and then top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh lime.
