• 50ml french earl grey
• 15ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 20ml strawberry liqueur
• 1 egg white

☛ Add all the ingredients except for the Strawberry Liqueur. Dry shake (no ice) for twenty seconds so the egg can get fluffy. Add ice, and shake until chilled. 

Pour Strawberry Liqueur into champagne flute. Gently pour the cocktail shaker contents into the glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
