• 60ml French Earl Grey Gin
• 30 ml simple syrup
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Ice

☛ Place the egg white in a clean shaker and shake for 30 seconds to create some foam. Add ice and all other ingredients, continue shaking vigorously for a further minute. Strain into a champagne glass and garnish with edible flowers.
