Gin Martini with a Twist
Ingredients & Method
• 10ml dry vermouth
• 50ml Blood Orange & Gin
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Twist of blood orange (or regular orange)
☛ Chill your martini or Nick & Nora glass in the fridge or with ice. Into a stirring glass add vermouth and a handful of ice. Stir for ten seconds then discard excess vermouth. Add 50ml gin and a dash of bitters and stir again.
Strain into chilled glass and garnish with a twist of orange or blood orange.
