Rhubarb and Raspberry Spritz
Ingredients & Method
A springtime spritz with Josh & Sue’s Raspberry Jam and a splash of ginger ale, it’s sure to show you some spring zing!
• 40ml Rhubarb Liqueur
• 1tsp Josh & Sue Traditional Raspberry Jam
• Squeeze lime
• 80ml soda water
• 80ml dry ginger ale
• Lime leaf for garnish
☛ Stir or shake together 1 tsp of jam with the Rhubarb Liqueur and a squeeze of lime juice. Strain over ice into a tumbler and top with soda and ginger ale. Garnish with a lime leaf for extra zing.
