A more sophisticated riff on that holiday favourite, the Pina Colada. Ours has a little less sweetness so you can really enjoy the flavours of our Old George Reserve Rum.

• 50 ml rum
• 10ml lime juice
• 40 ml pineapple juice
• 25ml coconut milk

☛ Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into a highball or hurricane glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple and lime.
