THE JINGLE FIZZ
Ingredients & Method (for 2)
• 60ml Sloe Gin
• 60ml grapefruit juice
• 15ml simple syrup
• one egg white
• ice
• fresh thyme
• one tablespoon caster sugar
☛ Gently rinse the thyme with water and coat in sugar, shaking off the excess. Set aside for garnish. In a cocktail shaker, add the egg white and shake vigorously until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Strain into a champagne glass and garnish with thyme.
