• 60ml The Canberra Distillery Spiced Rum
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 30ml Passionfruit and Pineapple cordial
• 4 drops Wonderfoam or 1 egg white

☛ Shake all ingredients without ice in a Boston shaker for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass and garnish with passionfruit or pineapple.
