TRUFFLE MARTINI
Ingredients & Method
• 40ml Truffle Gin
• 10ml Olive Brine
• 10ml dry vermouth
• A few olives to garnish
☛ Chill martini glass in the fridge or with ice. Stir gin, brine, and vermouth over ice. Strain into chilled glass and garnish with a few olives.
