Whisky Liqueur Sour
Ingredients & Method
• 60ml Whisky Liqueur
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 25ml juice from pitted cherry can
• 3 drops wonderfoam OR 1 egg white
• Pitted cherry for garnish
☛ Love our Whisky Liqueur, but want something a little lighter and brighter? Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds. Then, add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a Coupe or Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a pitted cherry.
