Winter Garden

Ingredients & Method

• 50ml Winter Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice 
• 40ml Pea Puree 

To make the pea puree (40ml):

• 200g Peas
• 150ml Water
• 75g Sugar

☛ Make the pea puree – Gently simmer water with sugar and add peas. When soft remove from heat and blend. Strain twice through sieve. Pour winter gin, lemon juice and pea puree over ice into a cocktail shaker.

Shake it like you mean it and pour.
