Winter Martini
Ingredients & Method
• 60ml winter gin (or summer gin)
• 15ml vermouth
• ½ tsp of olive brine
• olives
☛ Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir (don’t shake!) and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with olives.
