Behind the scenes of Jus De Vivre lies a passionate collaboration between two Canberra businesses. When Doug from 3 Sons Cider, inspired by Calvados but lacking distilling equipment, brought his apple cider to the table, we saw an opportunity.We aged Doug's cider in oak barrels, patiently waiting for the flavours to mature and harmonize. The result? A rich amber apple brandy that captivates the senses with its peppery aroma and smooth finish.
