
We're welcoming Lakoona Whisky to the line up, but it needs no introduction to the icons of Canberra.
Lakoona is the place where our founder, Tim grew up, and where countless family memories have been made. His parents still live there, and slowly, quietly, our whisky ages in the machinery shed, shaped by the land it too calls home.

A four-year-old Apera cask whisky, with notes of apricot and a smooth finish, Lakoona will make you feel right at home this winter.

LAKOONA SOUR

- 60ml Lakoona Whisky
- 10ml rich sugar syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white or 5 drops of wonderfoam
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass and serve with dehydrated pear and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
