• 60ml Lakoona Whisky
• 10ml rich sugar syrup
• 15ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white or 5 drops of wonderfoam

☛ Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass and serve with dehydrated pear and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
