Tara Bucknall, winner of our Canberra Fog cocktail competition whipped up this delicious concoction.

• 10ml limoncello
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 30ml Canberra Fog
• Lime wheel for garnish

☛ Make a Lemon cordial by stirring together sugar syrup and limoncello. Into a cocktail shaker, pour 30ml Canberra Fog and 20ml Lemon cordial. Add ice and lid and shake until the shaker is chilled on the outside. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
