Appearance: Clear, water white;

Nose: Aromas of juniper, citrus (tangelo), floral;

Palate: Dry style gin, smooth texture, flavours of citrus from the tangelo, juniper, cardamom, coriander, touch of cinnamon. This gin has complexity, each sip brings out different flavours.

Perfect for a gin and tonic - garnish with a slice of orange.

Nose: Aromas of orange peel, juniper, coriander, and citrus;

Palate: Off dry style, smooth texture, flavours of orange peel, juniper, coriander, citrus. This gin shows a nice balance between the acidity of the orange peel and the fragrance of the botanicals.

Versatile gin with a long finish, can be had on its own, but is delicious in a cocktail. Try experimenting with different tonics and garnishes. A sprig of fresh herbs, a squeeze of citrus, a charred stick of cinnamon or some crushed berries – any of these are delicious ways to enjoy this gin.

Palate: Dry, gentle bitterness, with a warming feeling. Flavours of orange peel confit, spices, vanilla, and cloves from the oak barrel.

Delicious, ready to drink Negroni. Serve over ice or with a splash of ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Palate: Sweet, warm texture, flavours of butterscotch, toffee, caramel.

Nice drink after dinner, good ingredient for an espresso martini.

Nose: Aromas of cedar, honeysuckle, lemon and a hint of salted caramel;

Palate: Off Dry warming mouth feeling, flavours of toffee and candied plum. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or over ice with a meal of duck risotto

Nose: Strong aromas of oak, bourbon and vanilla;

Palate: A more bare bones style of whisky, the flavours of the spirit still present through the toffee and vanilla notes. Serve with a couple of drops of water or in a whisky sour;

Palate: Toasted flavours blended harmoniously with caramel, maple syrup and vanilla. A subtle finish with some leather flavour giving a more complex mouth feel Serve over ice or as a rum sour cocktail;
