Tasting Notes

☛ Nose: Aromas of juniper, citrus (tangelo), floral.

☛ Palate: Dry style gin, smooth texture, flavours of citrus from the tangelo, juniper, cardamom, coriander, touch of cinnamon. This gin has complexity, each sip brings out different flavours.

☛ Tonic: classic/dry tonics, such as Strangelove No. 8.

☛ Garnish: a slice of apple

☛ Cocktail: Kaffir Lime Gimlet

☛ Nose: Aromas of orange peel, juniper, coriander, and citrus.

☛ Palate: Off dry style, smooth texture, flavours of orange peel, juniper, coriander, citrus. This gin shows a nice balance between the acidity of the orange peel and the fragrance of the botanicals.

☛ Tonic: a light tonic like FeverTree Mediterranean or soda water

☛ Garnish: a sprig of rosemary, a slice of blood orange or a charred stick of cinnamon.

☛ Cocktail: Gin Martini with a Twist

☛ Nose: Aromas of juniper, citrus, lavender, Earl Grey black tea.

☛ Palate: Off dry, smooth texture, flavours of Earl Grey black tea, lavender, bergamot, juniper, citrus. An interesting and unique flavour combination with a long finish, and changes colour when tonic water is added.

☛ Tonic: add an Indian or dry tonic for the magic colour change!

☛ Garnish: freeze edible lavender into your ice cubes and service with a slice of lemon.

☛ Nose: Aromas of basil, citrus, coriander, juniper, herbaceous touch.

☛ Nose: Aromas of cedar, honeysuckle, lemon and a hint of salted caramel.

☛ Palate: Off Dry warming mouth feeling, flavours of toffee and candied plum. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or over ice with a meal of duck risotto.

☛ Mixer: Sip neat, over ice or lengthened with ginger ale

☛ Cocktail: Mandarin and Hot Honey Old Fashioned

☛ Nose: Aromas of toasted oak, caramel and vanilla.

☛ Palate: Toasted flavours blended harmoniously with caramel, maple syrup and vanilla. A subtle finish with some leather flavour giving a more complex mouth feel.

☛ Mixer: Drink neat, over ice or with soda

☛ Garnish: Pineapple or lime

☛ Cocktail: Dark and Stormy

☛ Nose: Complex blend between tropical notes, such as pineapple, and spices, such as nutmeg. A shy note of dark chocolate adds another layer of complexity.

☛ Palate: Beginning with nutmeg flavours, slowly opens on sweeter and rounder notes. A refreshing finish on orange flavours, lift up the mouthfeel and balanced out well with the warmth of the alcohol and the nutmeg.

☛ Mixer: Ice or ginger ale/beer

☛ Garnish: Vanilla Bean, lime, orange or pineapple.

☛ Cocktail: Tropicana

☛ Nose: Smoky notes at first revealing after some subtle cherry aromas. There is a refreshing citrus aroma in the background.

☛ Palate: A round opening on sweet notes with a comforting taste of cherry in the front palate. Then the bourbon base comes through with warmth. The mouthfeel of this liqueur is lingering.

☛ Mixer: None required – this is a cocktail in a bottle.

☛ Garnish: Charred cinnamon stick, orange wedge, cherries.
