GIN MARTINI WITH A TWIST
INGREDIENTS
- 10ml dry vermouth
- 50ml Blood Orange & Gin
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange twist
METHOD
- Coat ice with vermouth and discard excess.
- Add gin and bitters and stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange.
